Tap to shoot. Every shot also kicks your gun backwards and spins it, so shooting is how you move. Fire downwards to climb, stay away from the bottom of the arena, and shoot when your gun swings towards an enemy.

In practice, Skirmish is one fight against 1 to 3 AI opponents (5 on Nightmare), and Survival keeps sending rounds until you lose one. Tournaments and daily challenges are 15 rounds of Survival, with everyone using the same gun.

Each round you clear scores more the later the round, the faster you clear it and the more health you keep. Every enemy you take out adds 100 points, with extra for stylish hits like bounce shots or taking out two at once.

Win a Medium skirmish to unlock Hard, and a Hard skirmish to unlock Nightmare.

Practice is unlimited. Tournaments allow re-entry with your best run counting, and each daily challenge type allows one attempt per day. There are no revives.
